The ITSD Helpdesk provides one-stop IT support and advisory service to all VTC staff and VTC students.
PC support (VTC Tower only)
The Helpdesk also offers on-site PC support to all staff stationed in VTC Tower, in areas such as:
Network and wi-fi connectivity
Installation and use of common PC software
The service covers desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, scanners, and any other VTC-owned endpoint devices and peripherals for office use.
